			"Jessie" is Victoria's nineteen year old cousin & orphaned ex-ward.  Expert rider & rock climber.  Is increasingly dissatisfied with Victoria's illegal collecting activities, but has been under her thumb most of her life.  Aspires to study archeology at University (but can only do so with Victoria's permission & support.)
