You are a jailer in the country of Placidia, a dictatorship.  Miss Horne has been arrested for speaking ill of the leader and is in your care. Her guilt or innocence is not your concern. You must conduct a routine examination of her person to make sure she is not introducing contraband or weapons into the inmate population. If Miss Horne resists your examination, you are authorized to restrain her using the handcuffs provided, or to use such other means of discipline as you may deem necessary, but under no circumstances is she to suffer permanent harm or excruciating pain.

The examination may not involve skin-to-skin touching of Miss Horne's genitals, buttocks, or breasts.
